Our in-depth process is customized to match highly qualified candidates who are well suited to your organization’s unique values, philosophies, culture and competency needs. When you engage HR Solutions by Design, our talent acquisition experts will analyze each position and determine the most effective recruiting strategies available and then execute on those strategies to identify the best talent available.

We will then provide 3-5 highly qualified candidates for each role; candidates who have been thoroughly screened and vetted prior to presentation to our clients. We also have the ability to check references, arrange interviews and close candidates at the time of offer. Our team will come along side your team to align with company executives and coordinate our efforts with human resources and hiring managers.

For each search, we produce several highly qualified candidates; candidates whose HR credentials, skills and work experience are thoroughly evaluated prior to presentation to our clients. We then check references, arrange interviews and close candidates at the time of offer.
